EASO is a founding partner of the Obesity Policy Engagement Network (OPEN), and provides the scientific secretariat to the Brussels-based OPEN-EU network.
We work in a multi-stakeholder partnership to advocate for policies at national, regional and supra-national levels to address barriers to care and integrate measures supporting people living with obesity. OPEN strives to ensure that obesity is recognised and treated as a chronic disease.
