EASO is pleased to support this awareness raising initiative spearheaded by The European Coalition of People Living with Obesity (ECPO). Obesity among teenagers and young people is an often overlooked and under-appreciated challenge in public health. In this campaign, teens from across Europe will get involved to help support peers, their parents, caregivers, and healthcare professionals better understand the challenges of living with overweight or obesity.
The campaign, ‘Voices of Youth in Obesity’, includes a series of events ranging from the launch of a podcasts to a live broadcast, publication of information materials and extensive social media engagement.
