The European Association for the Study of Obesity expresses our great concern and sadness about the tragic loss of life in Israel. We are also deeply concerned for the medical professionals, research scientists, public health workers, and patients involved in our Israeli national membership association, and for those who live and work in the region.
EASO offers our heartfelt condolences to those who have lost loved ones. We also commend the medical professionals and other essential workers who are risking their own lives to care for others during this difficult time.
